Continuation of The Ultimate Savatage Boxset page by page photo, and I will talk cock a bit also.
This time a bit first in English, then in Malay language.

The 9th album, the first after the death of Criss Oliva. Jon Oliva is on his own for the songwritting and most songs he wrote with Paul O'Neil the producer. On this cd inlet, Criss Oliva is credited with TAUNTING COBRAS.

Due to the band members are still in shock over Criss death, Jon Oliva ends up playing all the drums, the bass and rhythm guitars, the keyboards and backing vocals. Seems Paul helps with the guitars. Zakk comes back to do the lead vocals, and Jon Oliva got ALEX SKOLNICK (TESTAMENT) to do the guitar solos. Alex himself becomes a band member of Savatage. Jon himself do the solos for Stare Into The Sun and a few other songs.

The problems is on the credits and sleeves, its not reflected all these. But the Jon Oliva notes on this cd version tells all and the reasons. So enjoy the text. I hope you can read them. Try to enlarge or something or save first and enlarge it yourself or JUST CLICK IT.









Aku paling tak berkenan artwork album ni masa zaman tok kadok dulu..
Aku masih ingat first time aku beli cd ni zaman dulu, tu jam cd ni tak silap aku datang berkembar dengan cd Live In Japan atau Ghost In The Ruins?. Aku dah lupa.
Tak bersemangat gitu haha...

Tapi luar je tak best, dalam best. Entah mana cd tu aku letak, satu nye ni Savatage ni - album2 dorang dalam lain2 cetakan cd semua lain2, tu la aku kasi contoh yang posting bulan lepas tu pasal Edge Of Thorns boxset ni dengan pressing Jepun yang ada extra 2 lagu.

kat sini versi dalam boxset ni gerek la... SUMMER'S RAIN ACOUSTIC dengan BELIEVE ACOUSTIC.
Satu Jon Oliva nyanyi, satu Zachary Stevens nyanyi.

-OK, ni album ni album pertama selepas Criss Oliva terlibat eksiden dan dah takde dah.
-Maka seluruh band terkejut gitu.
-Jon Oliva terus tulis lagu sorang2 dengan Paul O'Neil penerbit dorang. 
-Jon Oliva tulis lagu pakai gitar Criss Oliva. Tu kot lagu2 sedap kat album ni.
-Dia dah buat jadual untuk semua anggota Savatage datang balik studio, tapi pada tarikh hari pertama takde sapa datang. Semua orang masih tengah bersedih.
-Jadi Jon Oliva main semua drums, semua bass, semua keyboards, semua backing vocals, ada berapa lagu dia yang gitar solo, 
-tapi lepas tu pasal dia baik dengan band Testament, jadi dia panggil Alex Skolnick main gitar solo untuk mana2 yang dia tak mampu buat, dan akhirnye si Alex Skolnick ni ambik tempat Criss Oliva.
-Untuk vocals utama, Zachary Stevens datang studio nyanyi semua dan suara dia memang sedap sangat.
-TAPI... dalam sampul album semua tak bilang ni semua terjadi... dan macam biasa ikut dari Edge Of Thorns nye album, Jon Oliva tak diletak sebagai anggota Savatage dan foto2 dia langsung takde kat lineup.
Kat notes Jon Oliva kat versi ada la cerita semua hal sebab musibab.

-Ni jugak zaman masa yang sama dorang dah start main lagi satu band yang akan jadi TSO - TRANS-SIBERIAN-ORCHESTRA.
-Jadi memang Savatage ni banyak serpihan band2 zaman sekarang tapi rasanye asas Savatage tetap teguh dan aku rasa dorang tengah plan nak buat album baru. HORRRAYY!.

Album ni ada lagu Alone You Breathe yang ditulis untuk Criss Oliva, yang ambik sikit2 dari Believe dan When The Crowds Are Gone. Tiga2 lagu ni memang menyentuh hati la kan...

Ni lagu yang sangat gerek bernama CASTLES BURNING. - lagu pasal  Giovanni Falcone, TUAN MAJISTRET KAT ITALI YANG KENA BUNUH DENGAN MAFIA ITALY. TUAN MAJISTRET TU NAK SELAMATKAN NEGARA ITALY DARI PENGARUH MAFIA.

ni ada dua versi, pertama ni versi dalam album ni yang Zachary Stevens nyanyi dan Alex Skolnick ada kat lagu ni.

kat bawah tu versi Jon Oliva main acoustic dan nyanyi berapa tahun lepas dan versi ni kat dalam cd yang mana entah...

Tapi yang ni Savatage Ultimate Boxset ni memang terbaik dari ladang la kan...

Ni post syok sendiri, MERAPU PANJANG2 main type je lepas tu dah nak post, rasa REGRET pasal merapu panjang2 haha, dan mungkin ada find it interesting, ada find it sebagai sharing possible beneficial information.

Seminggu lebih tak buat blog..
Seminggu lebih ni aku kejap2 masuk tenet, kejap2 masuk tenet kat mana2 aku berada - kat rumah, kat bas, dalam tren, curik2 tengok tenet kat kerja....haha.

Pasal aku suka baca segala gossip2 dan speku peminat2 muzik rock kat tenet pasal tahun 2016.
- Tahun depan 2016 kat porum2 dan discussion boards Iron Maiden memang kecoh la peminat2 satu dunia speku, gossip, KOMPLAIN, MENGELUH, KOMPLAIN LAGI, MENGELUH LAGI, MENGOMEL,  macam biasa manusia mana pernah puas hati.
- Dan jugak aku suka baca speku2 dan gossip2 peminat2 UK (pasal dorang bincang bahasa Inggeris) pasal festival2 muzik rock untuk 2016 kat beberapa website menarik pasal peminat2 berbincang gossip2...

So aku pun nak kasi aku punye gossip2 dan speku aku kat blog ni jugak...

Jauh dalam lubuk hati aku, aku bertekad nak cuba backpack untuk tengok Maiden tahun depan.
Segala duniawi hiburan peribadi aku semua aku dah stop dan kurangkan sedaya upaya. Aku dah start ikat perut. Cuma tengok Wings 30 tahun je. Tu pun Wings 30 tahun tu hari aku kerja maklum waktu ni rezeki aku ialah sebagai pekerja shift. Tapi rasa aku nak kena ambik leave la kot sabtu minggu haha. Hari Sabtu hari kerja aku so aku dah kena ambik leave sehari, abis tu, aku kerja pagi siot hari Ahad. Mana sempat kan nak naik bas ekrpess haha.

Kira sesuai la aku dengan lagu Wings - Peminat Rock N Roll Band? haha, ala lagu kat Bazooka Penaka haha.

So balik kepada tujuan post, aku dah senarai antara dua..
1) Backpack mungkin sekurang2 nye tiga bandar berlainan seluruh Australia tengok Iron Maiden main, pasal ni paling murah pada aku untuk backpacking - ni aku dah kira budget aku akan gunakan, dan aku akan cuba cuma tidur kat airport untuk malam pertama setiap kali aku sampai kat lain2 bandar HAHAHA. Keyword nye - Travel backpack sorang2 nak tengok Iron Maiden main kenalah pandai ikat perut berkorban apa sahaja. 
Nak naik bas dari satu tempat gi satu tempat lepas tu tidur dalam bas aku dah consider, tapi tak mau la, sana lompat2 bandar pakai flight aku lagi banyak masa ronda2 siang hari tengok tempat orang haha.

Korang jangan lahar aku ok? atau kutuk aku sembunyik2 tidur2 kat airport la ikat perut la backpacking sorang2 gini...
apa nak buat? dah minat nak tengok band kesukaan aku main live, aku kena berkorban macam2 haha.


atau pasal aku dah start plan sekarang, mungkin boleh saving giler babi, dan semoga adalah rezeki lagi bekerja...
2) pergi satu festival muzik rock "tiga hari tiga malam non-stop pentas banyak2" kat Eropah dengan band2 rock aku minat dan semestinye yang mesti ada Maiden headline.'
Aku takde budget dan takde masa nak travel berapa tempat di Eropah tengok hanya Maiden main secara sendiri walau tu yang paling GEREK pasal fans 100% fans dorang dan tempat macam indoor arena atau indoor stadium lagi selesa dan sesuai dari tempat2 berlumpur festival2 rock gini.

So terimalah perbincang ilmiah, gossip dan speku aku baca, dan aku nak kongsi...
aku jugak cerita dan kongsi cita2 Mat Jenin aku, dan kenapa aku rasa macam ada peluang aku sampai ke suatu tempat dan kenapa rasa aku cuma gigit jari je,
dan jugak kenapa 2016 ni akan menjadi tahun untuk MERAIKAN BUAT KALI TERAKHIR berapa band rock yang akan berkubur karier mereka yang menghiburkan kita sepanjang hidup kita.....

Tahun 2016 ni DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL buat pertama kali di Paris pun ada.

Jadi Peranchis tahun 2016 ada dua Festival Rock besar2an..

Aku nak cakap sikit pasal Hellfest, nampaknye Hellfest dah nak jadi macam Wacken, bands belum announce, tiket dah nak abis. Jadi memang lawak la semalam diumumkan Iron Maiden headline salah satu hari Wacken pasal aku rasa dah takde tiket.
Hellfest belum umum apa2 tau, tapi aku baca kat porum2 tiket laris giler.

Aku takkan pergi lagi la Hellfest, tapi sapa tahu? Kalau Depeche Mode headline Hellfest.

Bayangkan!!! Depeche Mode headline Hellfest. Pukul abis suasana.

OK tapi aku baru tahu sesuatu aku tak tahu sebelumnye...
Korang pernah dengar GRASSPOP METAL MEETING kan? 2016 senarai dah keluar memang dahsyat giler band2 ambik bahagian...

Korang tahu tak sebenarnye GRASSPOP ni kat negara BELGIUM kan? Tapi... festival ni lagi dekat dengan kota Paris dari Hellfest walau Hellfest dalam negara Peranchis.

Aku baru tahu...

Tapi tu hari aku ada research jugak la, sapa tahu aku nak backpack sorang2 gi GMM lain kali, aku baca ada peminat gi sana cakap takde bas awam balik bandar berdekatan lepas last band.

HAHA, terus kensel la aku nak research lebih sikit.. pasal konfem aku tak mau camping sorang2 haha.

OK Bloodstock,

Bloodstock memang dari segi tempat dan logistik aku rasa sesuai nak backpack sorang2 bawak diri gitu... - kat rantau Derbyshire UK, dengan semua cakap Inggeris, dengan festival rock yang boleh cakap Saiz dia kecik la, aku rasa Bloodstock berapa ribu? 20,000 gitu kot maximum? Hellfest 45,000 ok setiap hari tahun aku pergi. Kira tak besar sangat la kot ye tak? Soundwave Australia kalau Brisbane gitu dah 40,000 gitu la aku pergi 2011 dulu...
Balik kepada Bloodstock, dengan band2 ambik bahagian semua terbaik la kan..
tapi rasanya dorang belum sampai tahap boleh bayar Iron Maiden, jadi walau aku teringin nak rasa Bloodstock, tapi tak la pasal tarikan mutlak takde, tapi Hellfest pun memula takde duit kan?
Cita2 organiser Hellfest satu je.. aku baca interview, satu hari nanti dapat bayar Iron Maiden main, dan 2013 dorang dah berjaya...

Cuma tahun 2016, BLOODSTOCK dapat pikat exclusive yang rasanya antara paling rock la kan? TWISTED SISTER, konsert terakhir di UK.
Cam korang tahu drummer dorang dah takde, so Twisted Sister akan tamat tahun depan.

Lagi satu band akan tamat tahun depan ialah Black Sabbath yang dianggotai Ozzy/Iommi/Geezer Butler.
Serious berbual, aku dapat tengok tiga line up Black Sabbath, dua main di Singapura, dan satu di Hellfest.

- Iommi/Gezer Butler/Vinie Appice/ Ronnie James Dio
dan
- Iommi/Ozzy/Geezer Butler/ dan drummer Sharon Osbourne ke hapa la..

paling kurang sekali la, lineup ada Ozzy tu...

TAPI AKU ADA SATU CITA2 dalam hidup kalau berkenaan dengan Black Sabbath line up Ozzy ni.

Aku nak tengok Black Sabbath main kat Birmingham. Depan peminat2 Birmingham mereka. TENTU SEMUA TAHU BIRMINGHAM LA TEMPAT LAHIRNYE.....
Led Zeppelin/Black Sabbath/Judas Priest dan apa lagi la muzik2 rock ni semua....

Aku pernah backpack tengok band rock main kat Birmingham, tapi Bon Jovi. HAHAHA... Antara paling sweet memory la, 3 jam lebih ok Bon Jovi main kat stadium bola Aston Villa....

So aku tahu, adalah satu kerja bodoh untuk aku backpack gi Birmingham (tempat lahirnye muzik rock - Black Sabbath/Led Zeppelin sebagainye) untuk tengok Sharon Osbourne's Black Sabbath main,

tapi sekarang desas desus cakap Black Sabbath akan headline salah satu hari kat Donington Download Festival 2016, jadi Donington Park ialah 50KM aje dari bandar Birmingham...
dan kalau korang baca sejarah pertama sekali Monsters of Rock Festival 1980, promoter zaman tu pilih Donington ialah pasal lokasi nye ialah MIDLANDS UK.

Itulah jantung muzik rock dan heavy metal seluruh dunia dan pada aku walau cammana pun muzik rock dah berkembang satu dunia, dengan peminat2 South America dah naikkan tahap muzik rock ke tahap fanatik dengan video2 kita tengok...

tapi tetap...pada aku jantung muzik yang aku minat tetap masih Donington, lagipun dorang ikut peredaran zaman dan kena terima muzik rock dah berubah ikut selera generasi teenagers sekarang.

Jadi, kalau betul gossip2 mengatakan Iron Maiden dan Black Sabbath akan headline Download Festival 2016 dan kalau betul dikatakan, Ritchie Blackmore nye gossip akan main rock dengan band pilihan dia dan latest rumours ialah Ritchie Blackmore akan pakai balik namaRAINBOW dan bukan Ritchie Blackmore & Friends...

aku rasa aku akan cuba carik jalan nak gi Download Festival 2016.

Lepas tu pulak, ada gossip liar cakap ACDC adalah antara band untuk Donington tahun depan, dan sama macam Twisted Sister, gossip mengatakan ni ialah show paling terakhir di UK.
Pasal apa aku tahu, penyanyi ACDC rasa dia dah tak boleh perform dengan baik setiap malam kat tour sekarang dorang apa tu Rock Or Bust ke hapa tu....

Lepas tu lagi mengujakan aku,
promoter Download tak tolak andaian dia akan buat konsep Monsters Of Rock untuk salah satu hari kat festival Download nanti.

Aku tahu Rainbow tak cukup besar untuk headline main-stage, tapi dorang boleh main sebelum headliner main, dan lagi best dorang headline 2nd stage waktu band2 aku tak minat main kat main stage haha.

Jadi tu la, kalau ada Iron Maiden dan Rainbow dan pasal aku memang ada cita2 Mat Jenin nak tengok Black Sabbath main kat Birmingham (dan Donington Park cuma 50KM jarak dengan bandar Birmingham) dan ni semua band2 main depan peminat2 British mereka...

aku rasa la... ni la target aku untuk 2016. Korang jangan lahar aku Yo-Yo-Oh la, apa la, ni la minat aku.... dan aku mula2 speku kali terakhir Twisted Sister main di UK sebelum berpecah ialah Donington 2016, tapi ni dah konfem pihak Bloodstock Festival yang dapat tandatangan Twisted Sister untuk aksi kali terakhir mereka.


Aku masa kecik2 dulu, aku kagum dengan Rainbow.....

Aku kagum dengan kaset bootleg Rainbow jadi headliner kali pertama dalam sejarah Donington Park jadi tempat paling rock dalam dunia kat festival Monsters Of Rock pertama..

dan aku tak tahu apa perasaan aku kalau dapat tengok Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow beraksi untuk paling kali terakhir dalam sejarah main kat Donington Park.

Cuma aku tahu, 2016 ni kalau aku dapat tengok Iron Maiden main live, kat mana sahaja pun,
dan kalau dorang main The Red & The Black,
aku rasa aku mesti nangis air mata keluar macam air-terjun part instrumental lagu tu... indah sungguh pada aku.

Jadi tu la, 2016 akan jadi tahun istimewa dan jugak tahun sedih dengan band2 aku minat dari kecik semua buat salam terakhir........

dan aku tak tolak andaian mungkin Iron Maiden pun sama.


OK aku nak share kat korang la, satu video yang aku paling suka tengok kalau aku nak layan Black Sabbath yang dianggotai semua asli nye anggota...
Toni Iommi/Geezer Butler/Bill Wards dan aku rasa kesian pulak ni dorang dah sampai penghujung pun masih tak boleh tolak ansur pasal duit bayaran, bayar je la Bill Wards lepas tu standby kalau kata dia tak boleh handle pakai substitute drummer terang2 Vinnie Appice ye tak? dan jugak of course Ozzy Osbourne.

Ni ialah video masa Black Sabbath tahun 2005 main kat Donington Park, ni padang ni besar giler, jadi memang setiap berapa tahun, dorang alih2 pentas utama, macam sekarang Download Festival dah pakai 5 pentas kot serentak dengan fun-fair semua jadi bayangkan berapa besar kawasan ni dengan siap tempat camping semua...

Tapi ok video ni aku suka, kalau korang tak pernah tengok...

Bermula dengan tunjuk audience, lepas tu boleh nampak kedai2 jual makan, lepas tu boleh dengar atas pentas crew Black Sabbath tengah soundcheck/final checks, lepas tu tunjuk ada berapa kenderaan tengah pergi belakang stage dan rasanya anggota Black Sabbath semua dari changing room tengah pergi belakang stage, lepas tu tunjuk GADUH2 Lempar botol, ni paling lawak ok,dan Ozzy buat cheeleading act dari masa belakang pentas, dan dengan sound Ozzy ada masalah masa start....

Aku harap korang enjoy.... ni la aku punye feberet, kadang2 aku nak enjoy, aku akan mainkan video youtube ni tengok sikit2 hahaha...

Intro sikit, Pulau Isle of Wight ni saiz dia aku rasa la, separuh dari saiz pulau Singapura.

Penduduk dia cuma dalam 100,000 gitu. Tapi korang bayangkan zaman dulu bila Jimi Hendrix main kat pulau ni, ada 700,000 penonton datang dari pulau besar. Dahsyat gitu kan? Tak boleh imejin la kan?

OK cam title 8 jam di Isle Of Wight.
Dari sampai kul 9 pagi sampai balik ke Tanah Besar mainland Britain kul 5 petang.


Kita naik Hovercraft.

Ni aku ambik kat tepi pantai..
Ni hovercraft ni lalu kat sebelah feri yang bawak orang dari selatan UK gi Peranchis. Brittany Ferries.
Jadi mungkin ferry ni lagi satu alternatif kalau nak travel dari dan ke ni dua negara tengok mana korang nak pergi, dan ambil kira mana berjimat paling kurang cost, atau mana sesuai timing...





Aku ialah seorang advocate public transport.
Gi mana2 aku akan nilai dua benda, kebersihan dan kemudahan toilets sesuatu tempat tu dan berapa bagus pengangkutan awam dia...
Dan Aku terpaksa mengaku secara peribadi aku terkejut beruk tengok public bus system kat pulau ni...  pasal tak sangka pulau gini dengan jumlah penduduk yang tak ramai boleh ada sistem pengangkutan gini.
Tentu pihak bertanggungjawab perlukan perbelanjaan yang banyak nak tampung dan maintain sistem bas kat pulau ni aku rasa tapi its for the good of their citizens, so untunglah rakyat dan penduduk dorang.

Dah tu masih boleh jimat lagi kalau korang beli pass seharian secara Berkumpulan, ikut jumlah family korang ke kumpulan korang gitu.
Beli je dengan pemandu bas. Dia ada mesin cetak kat tepi driving console dia, siap laminate ok pass tu.

Macam mana2 tempat yang PENTINGKAN pengangkutan awam, korang jangan bimbang ngan sistem bas awam di pulau Isle Of Wight ni, rata2 10 minit ada la bas datang,
dan bas sangat user-friendly for all ages.. Lagipun sini semua cakap omputeh, maksud aku cakap English, so mudah la jugak berkomunikasi 
dan kat Isle Of Wight ni siap penumpang dia bawak anjing naik bas siap duduk tingkat atas bas double decker ok.
Ye la, pasal ni kira kampungan gitu... very the laidback la kan...

Memang ni trip sabun sertu (yang aku cerita tu hari) memang dipergunakan la, tapi bukan untuk kena jilat anjing or what la, more untuk sertu pinggan mangkuk, dapur all that...
pasal pakai sewa rumah gitu, jimat kos, jimat kos dengan banyak siap ada dapur boleh masak sendiri.. nanti la aku cerita2... ok back to Isle Of Wight...

Pasal kita naik Hovercraft dari Southsea Portsmouth jadi...
Kita turun kat Ryde. Kat bucu atas kanan tu.. Nampak?

Kalau kata korang naik Ferry dari tempat lain di Portsmouth akan berenti kat tempat lain kot?
Ada jugak naik ferry ke boat ke dari Southampton ke hapa ke, pun turun tempat lain...

Aku tak tahu, pasal kita naik Hovercraft.. Laju ok, dari pulau besar gi Isle Of Wight ni dalam 10minit je...
Jakun gitu naik hovercraft dan tengok hovercraft dari dekat launch dan take off dan arrival... Ye la selama ini hovercraft ni sesuatu yang tengok kat foto je.

tak rasa ok takde la bumpy ke hapa ke....

balik dari Alum Bay..
naik nombor 9 tukar kat TOTLAND
naik nombor 7 - TOTLAND to NEWPORT
lepas tu naik nombor 8 - NEWPORT to RYDE
tapi kan semua laluan berbeza so dapat tengok seberapa banyak boleh Isle Of Wight ni dari dalam bas. DUDUK Tingkat Dua la nampak clear..

So basically ni ialah permandangan biasa route dalam bas awam mereka kalau korang duk atas...







- Korang akan nampak rumah2 of course, sana takde flet la gitu, semua duk rumah bawah gitu...
Ada la paling tinggi dua tiga tingkat gitu...
- Padanggggg je... Green Fields gitu... ada the kambings, kambing biri-biris, kambing2 omputeh gitu..., then the lembus... lembus omputeh la

Serious aku tak nampak babi. Bagus la tempat ni... HAHAHAHA
ok ok tapi sabun sertu semua dah standby ye tak? so ok la....

then ladang2....   Kira kat sini bas ni lalu... sikit2 sekejap2 ada bus stop.. SO KORANG NAK HIKING!! , anytime boleh turun bas je la... SERIOUSLY kalau ada chance datang lagi aku nak hiking kat pulau ni kat tepi laut ni pasal gambar atas tu kiri semua laut dan cliffs terbentang, kat belah kanan jalan semua ladang2 ada kambing biri2 dan lembu omputeh semua bebas grazing gitu...

dah tu pasal kat laluan semua ada bas, dah penat korang can always hop on the bus again...

Aku rasa aku boleh confident cakap la, should be safe la, cuma cuaca tu tak tahu la kan, tempat gini tau2 malam ke tetiba ke cuaca sejuk datang then pakaian tak cukup tebal tu la boleh bahaya kan diri kan..

Selain tu pasal ni pulau, so expect kejap2 nampak laut, ikut laluan bas yang korang pilih... CANTIK.. Cliff gitu...

Then nanti nampak gereja lama, kubur2 lama.... Sini macam ramai orang2 tua gitu.. kampong gitu kan..

Jadi ni antaranya la... pelabuhan YARMOUTH, bukan pelabuhan la kot, pelabuhan kecik gitu...banyak kapal layar...
FRESHWATER BAY, SANDOWN dan jugak village2 kecik gitu..
korang tengok sendiri dalam peta la...  dan of course along the way, korang akan nampak Inns, pubs zaman dulu....macam2 la...

Aku strongly recommend this place kalau korang tak tahu...








Then like aku cakap korang akan nampak all the lembus and the kambings...those omputeh nye versions...

then korang nampak orang cycling2....  naik beskal.

better half aku nye idea la Alum Bay ni, aku was like apa sey tempat ni... satu hujung nak gi satu hujung.
hah kau lawa sey tempat ni..
actually dia ada tempat carnival funfair gitu incorporating tempat ni.. jadi for all ages la..
selain carnival FUN FAIR gitu fun and games for everyone little ones to adults,

korang boleh naik cam cable seat gitu, bukan kereta kabel tapi macam bangku kabel gitu... duk atas bangku je ha..
tapi ada alternatif la pakai tangga turun bawah ada satu pantai kat Alum Bay ni..

Kat bawah tu nanti ada boleh naik boat... boleh pilih boat laju ke boat perlahan, harga lain2.. haha.

Fun la, dan ok la harga,  aku rasa buat masalah tu cuma kota London yang tengah2 tu je mahal, kalau kota London dah pergi tempat West Ham gitu East London semua ok je, dan kat sini naik bangku kabel MENYABUNG NYAWA ni, haha, tak la, ok je... takde apa2... kecik besar semua boleh naik, cuma cuak ok bila kat Cliff tu, kat tepi hujung apa tu? bukit menjunam ke bawah terus nampak laut besar gitu...

tapi lengit jugak naik tangga kalau tak naik bangku kabel ni... tapi ok la exercise kan...

Jadi ni yang hujung tu ialah NEEDLES. Pasal cliffs sana bentuk cam peniti, jarum gitu... dah tu dulu ada bentuk limestone serupa peniti atau jarum gitu tempat taruk benang gitu tapi ada seratus tahun dahulu ke hapa ke kena ribut taufan bahagian batu tu pecah...

errr... ni kalau aku ingat betul la, kalau aku ingat salah, aku tipu korang la haha..

Ni pun ada lipatan sejarah tempat ni so-called zaman dulu, 100, 200 tahun dahulu tempat pertama dalam dunia transmit maklumat pakai mesin apa ntah, saintis2 satu dunia datang tempat ni 100, 200 tahun nak lihat teknologi paling handal la zaman dulu tu...

Aku strongly recommend korang jenis nak explore, nak lain dari lain gi tempat ni...

kalau korang ambik bed and breakfast nye tempat tentu ada kat pulau ni dan lagi murah.. kalau korang yang travel sorang gitu...
tapi hotel pun ada la korang boleh ambik kat mainland gitu..
tapi pakai airbnb atau holidaylettings la korang datang as family boleh save duit gitu masak sendiri semua...nanti aku tunjuk sample lain kali kalau aku senang foto2 dia...

Anyway... well..
Dengan dunia makin kecik, aku dont mind kalau dapat kerja kat sini,

Anyway, the tshirt with the Brave New World artwork is the Fan Club RESUB tshirt for the year 2015. As my RESUB is always in September so I kind of receive it late.

Macam aku pernah cerita, aku terkejut beruk tengok Vreid ngan persembahan Sognametal dorang main lagu2 Windir, sangat best dorang main live. Jadi aku memang terus dah sangkut kat ni band.

Aku tak pernah rasa terkejut beruk tengok Vreid ni sejak aku tengok High On Fire. Hah, High On Fire baru sapa dah dengar?? RIBUT TAUFAN OK!!!... GILER!!! hahaha...
Cam gitu la dorang live tiga orang ribut taufan haha.

LUMINIFEROUS High On Fire sangat mengujakan, tu pun terbengkalai ingat nak beli original tu hari, tak boleh la.... segala bentuk hiburan dikurangkan ngan banyak.....kecuali Wings 30 tahun ni haha.

Aku rasa best American Band la sekarang High On Fire.. haha.
Second best la hahaha, First forever TOTO hahahahaa...


Jadi album terbaru VRIED - Solverv memang dinantikan, dan tak menghampakan..
Walaupun ni kali nampak nye dorang pakai bahasa Norwegian semula.... Memang sesuai la ngan keadaan semula jadi Norway ni semua kan....

Tapi tu je la nak cakap, antara mungkin album rock yang mungkin sikit sebanyak boleh menduduki carta peribadi aku sebagai 2nd best rock album 2015 di belakang The Book Of Soul.
walaupun sebelum  ni aku mungkin pick Paradise Lost baru atau Ghost baru yang dua2 keluar album gerek nak mampos tahun 2015 ni.

SEJATI - original intro. Last ending Awie did the "kenangan itu(Awie - KENANGAN ITU!!!)" twice. I am happy twice.
Untuk aku yang fed-up everytime tengok Wings main mesti kena ada lagu ni, Jatuh dan bangun nye lagu ni kalau Wings main live ialah kat bahagian tu. HAHAHA.

Maybe the best show due to weather factor in an open space and the 4 hours length.
Aku tak agak kalau dvd dan full cd keluar pun akan ada full recording tanpa sebarang edit. Pasal alot of things were happening last night LOL.
4 JAM 5 minit, 26 Lagu Full,7 medley tapi medley pun complete guitar solos semua... ni belum campur drum solos dua drummer, gitar solo belum campur Awie nye stage banter, belum campur When The Smoke Is Going Down Scorpions lagik,
all in all, I am lucky to be at the show. LOL!!

And dari atas ni, then we can come to the conclusion kenapa Awie asyik sebut 33 LAGU (26+7) je kan masa dorang dah kena arah untuk berhentikan persembahan. Its really 33 lagu dorang memang plan belum campur solos, dan tease2 tu semua..
or is it Medley tu each song kira half song? Well... so jadi 30?

K Sebelum aku lupa, baik aku lekas2 type apa aku ingat pasal apa paling penting jadi semalam, iaitu sepanjang kumpulan Wings beraksi diatas pentas sambut 30 Tahun di Stadium Merdeka, KL dalam berdiri dalam hujan lebat, hujan renyai2, gerimis, redup (alternate) dengan semua  pakaian basah kuyup dan footwear semua dah tenggelam dalam lumpur padang.
Yang lain2 tu aku akan full review lain kali ngan Tribute Bands yang main antara 9.30 to 10.30 malam, tu pun kalau aku ada mood, but I did bootleg the whole thing. Siang nye aksi aku tak tahu apa jadi k, aku datang kul 5, beli tshirt satu, jumpa boyfren lama si Zan, terus aku keluar dari situ lepak tempat lain. But the busker act outside the stadium sounds really great for the few moments I was around.
Merdeka Stadium ni terbaik, untuk pengguna public transport dan mereka yang berjalan kaki.. Banyak tempat nak gi lepak, if you get what I mean. LOL!!!
K, Wings tampil di atas pentas kul 10.40 malam gitu.
Wings tamat 2.45pagi.

Jumbo screen kiri kanan main some ads acknowledge sponsors malam tadi dengan gunakan lagu2 dan video klips band2 rock dan lagu2 rock omputeh yang well know. So you have ACDC, Loudness, GNR, and lots more. I think Two Minutes To Midnight nye intro pun ada.
Then keyboards intro start and ahli Wings join the intro dengan some warm ups dan tunings.
Its just Wings empat orang with Keyboards player.
Terus masuk frst song BAZOOKA PENAKA. It was raining....
Then second song, Surprise!!! the original intro of INSPIRASI TAMING SARI is played, not the Rockestra version. Aku tahu ni malam confirm extra special.

Bujang Senang next and surprise with original intro, sebelum revert balik zaman ni nye rokestra style.
AWIE FIRST SPEECH for the night, dia cakap pasal penonton2 semua diri dalam hujan, peminat2 dari Bangladesh, Myanmar pun semua turun sambut Wings 30 Tahun. Among others.

Patut la masa tribute bands main antara kul 9.40 sampai 9.30 malam gitu ngan Ito, dan lain2 M Nasir takde, rupanya dorang nak M Nasir masa dalam persembahan Wings sendiri, jadi aku rasa Wings boleh ambik breather keja....

Man Of The Match aku semalam - Walau semua best, dan memang semalam sound bagus so memang clear sangat la Eddie nye bass memang cover semua la lagu Wings ni.. Joe dalam hujan with all the technical problems masih cam takde hal, dan of course Black senyum je, oooo lagu apa? lagu R N R lu punya suka kot? Dia sudah cam PHIL RUDD la, rokok kat bibir, drumming laju. LOL!!!

Tapi Man Of The Match aku...
AWIE. Year by year dia nye showmanship, control pentas dah makin dah tahap Bruce Dickinson. Siap main gitar teringatkan aku Bruce support Revelations masa zaman Live After Death (World Slavery Tour) ngan jadi 3rd guitarist.

1st - PENONTON SEKELILING AKU MALAM TU. Hujan/Hujan renyai2/Hujan Gerimis/Sejuk giler/Berdiri 5 jam? 6jam? 7 jam? BERDIRI KAT LUMPUR BERLOPAK TERUK GILER...

Ritchie Blackmore and controversy are never far from each other. LOL!!

1) Ritchie Blackmore can do what he likes because HE IS THE Ritchie Blackmore. So Rainbow for only3 shows worldwide in 2016 - 2 in Germany and 1 in UK ( Loreley, Stuttgart and Birmingham)  for the very very final time THE MAN IN BLACK IS playing Rainbow and Deep Purple songs and all this after 20 years of him going Medieval music with his wife Candice Night since about 1995?

2) The only 2016 UK show at Birmingham (the same indoor location of the Deep Purple Come Hell Or High Water video where he throws water on the cameraman during the first song Highway Star) is already SOLD OUT on the tickets website but on 3rd party websites the tickets are going up to reported 1000 POUNDS.
Although in most cases the ticket prices for the Birmingham show is about 4 to 6 times the original price.

3) Personally for me, the German dates of Loreley & Stuttgart is 5 days after Donington Park Download Festival 2016 (which the 2016 main-stage is shaping up to favour more of the METAL ELITISTS instead of Mainstream Modern Rock of KERRANG Magazine LOL!!!) so I have to start to day-dream / Building Castle In The Air of backpacking to both Donington 2016 and a German date for Rainbow.

For those hunting for tickets, and getting desperate, LOL!!!

Do take note - The Loreley show is I think accessible only thru its German Language and its very difficult to maneuver.
So if you are having difficulty then you have to quickly locate a 3rd party website and hope the price is still reasonable.
While the Stuttgart show website is also in German, but EVENTIM.de carries the Stuttgart ticket also and you can get it in English language for the online ordering.

I was lucky, I got a Loreley Ticket. It was immediately despatch by UPS courier once I did the transaction of online purchase.



- I believe this is the ticket, LOL!!  ITS ALL IN GERMAN and I dont understand. (I MUST LISTEN TO MORE RAMMSTEIN!!! LOL!!!) Seems its free access, there is only one category... Seriously, I will be first in queue LOL!!!!!!
- I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IS LORELEY, I google and seems its like 100KM from Frankfurt, I have travelled backpacked to Frankfurt to see Iron Maiden played before, so I guess I will just ask around about the train service to St Goar. Seems thats the railway station for Loreley.
- Seems I have to cross the River Rhine from train station and most of the village/town to reach Loreley?? I really have no idea about that LOL!!...  I am sure there will be lots of ferries?? LOL!.
-Lodging??, I think the whole village / town will be fully packed with Rainbow Fans from ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!, 
So as usual, I dont care if its a proper room, a converted barn or a storeroom, as long as I can put down my things, get a shower, change my clothes is all I need as I will be backpacking with just a huge haversack and another small haversack. Should be going for AIRBNB I think...
- I DONT KNOW IF MY FANTASY TO TRAVEL WILL COME TRUE in 2016,
If I cannot make it, at least I HAVE TRIED MY BEST and I will just cry and look at this ticket. LOL!!! (yes Laughing out loud at my pathetic idiotic foolishness of doing all these stupid backpacking to unknown scary places alone just to see my favourite bands play and basically in 2016 most of my favourite bands will play for the last time, and I try to catch what I am able to, and it will be kind of bitter sweet as MOTORHEAD was just added to be on the Donington Park bill 3rd from top Main Stage for Friday for Download Fest 2016. Maybe the last time ever..).

So this is Loreley, seems the Rainbow will play in some sort of historic amphitheater or something, seems like a Roman design of long ago? LOL!!!



Blackmore's Night band has a song called Loreley, I do hope out of 3 locations that Rainbow will play in 2016, I hope this is the one they record the DVD and I hope to be there LOL!!!

Sincerely.. I LOVE STEVE MORSE in Deep Purple... He has brought so much into the band, and Don Airey (also a RAINBOW alumni who plays at the first Donington Park Monsters Of Rock 1980) have make Deep Purple still vibrant today...

So this is my dream setlist.
Rainbow to play 2hrs.. I day-dream and fantasize it will be something like this...

A Logical and possible Fantasy may I add.

Anyway, I dont understand the complaints about the Rainbow 2016 lineup.

Rainbow is Ritchie Blackmore's band.
He can choose anyone he wants, and if he get 4 band members of his choice and wants to call it Rainbow, it will be Rainbow.
Ritchie Blackmore can be the most unusual character, but definitely he knows whats he's doing.

And all these complaints?
I sincerely believe the first time 99% of you COMPLAINANTS have heard names of Doogie White/ Jimmy Bain/ Bobby Rodinelli/ Tony Carey/ RONNIE JAMES DIO, David Coverdale even Cozy Powell
is by a Ritchie Blackmore band. Most got famous by playing with him.

I think Ritchie Blackmore biggest blunder is not reforming Rainbow when Cozy Powell was alive and before he met the road accident.

I still stand Rainbow Rising is the best band lineup I ever like as a little boy up to now.
I LOVE MY IRON MAIDEN, but RAINBOW... Simply its a thunder in my heart for that name - RAINBOW because as a little boy growing up in a village, not even knowing any English, and it was Rainbow that I hear, and I was simply fascinated with the ruckus that this band makes. This was long before I first hear Iron Maiden and my life changed. LOL!!

In addition, never have there been five men more good looking in a photo than Rainbow Rising. LOL!!!

Ritchie Blackmore can have anyone he wants, Rainbow is his band, and Ritchie Blackmore is no one is like him, ever.... with his attitude problems LOL!! and as long as he is happy, and myself - as  a Rainbow/Deep Purple moderate song listener (LOL!!!), I am happy.

Anyway, please... the keyboardist he is choosing is the Dio's LOCKED UP THE WOLVES album keyboardists, I cant believe YOU COMPLAINANTS never realise that? Also who also plays for Yngwie Malmsteen's RISING FORCE FIRST album till LIVE IN LENINGRAD, and I cant believed the COMPLAINANTS are overlooking it, and now in STRATOVARIUS I think?
and the rhythm section is his own Blackmore's Night.
The singer I am sure Ritchie Blackmore can spot talent, anyway, there is none like Ronnie James Dio/like peak form of Ian Gillan or David Coverdale/ or even Joe Lynn Turner or Graham Bonnet.


So thats it, I think this blog post is my personal tribute to Rainbow...

It will be 8 months from now...

I really have no idea if I can save up to perform my backpacking in 2016 alone, and trust me as usual I will be scared, but the motivation is strong and I will push myself.
I plan for a  slightly lesser than 2 weeks backpacking at minimum cost especially for finding a lodging place for Donington 2016 and Rainbow, and it does bother me like if I am still working at the same place, if I can take leave from work, and if I am still alive...? or ensure my love ones are all priority in life well provided first before I can plan for this trip.

But.. lets see how it goes....

And anyway, I think its the biggest cheer that, it seems news is that the promoter for Download Festival Donington Park gives Iron Maiden a list of bands which Iron Maiden can choose to be the band to play Main Stage just before Maiden.
Means the first band below the headliners Iron Maiden on Main Stage Sunday...

and thats why Nightwish is there - 2nd from top... because Iron Maiden choose them.. and definitely Nighwish will headline Donington one day in the future. The new singer is simply metal and I like what I see on youtube..  She is really good and simply metal to me.

Nightwish is playing in Singapore coming soon, I wish I can go but I have to save up and try to make it for my 2016 dream fantasy, and its a wonderful surprise to see Nightwish announced for Donington 2016 Download Festival.

It will be simply amazing evening....  I hope they arrange for Nightwish to play a full set of maybe 90-100 minutes with the full production. That will be amazing, and after that Iron Maiden comes out all guns blazing for 2 hours of techno and dance music. LOL!!

France versus Germany - hati aku sempat berdetik.. siot la players Arsenal involve berapa orang sey ni game aku start kira...

pasal serangan baru berlaku jadi berita CNN pun tak clear la,
then aku scroll tengok baca BATACLAN kena serang???!! Biar betik tentu ada band rock tengah main punye... tapi tu jam CNN prompting serangan di Paris ni dah 15 kematian dan berita pun samar2....(PADAHAL MATI 100 LEBIH) Pasal kita ngan Paris beza waktu 7 hours gitu, Makin berita makin clear aku asyik carik berita Bataclan aje.... 
pasal setahun lepas aku tengok Extreme main kat sana, lepas festival Hellfest kat Clisson abis, Isnin pagi aku cam giler rush balik bandar Paris yang jauhnye 350KM kot aku naik keretapi . tak tidur, dengan backpack, lagi sorang2 hegeh2 cam sesat naik subway Paris tu carik kawasan Bataclan ni pasal Paris besar giler, semua pasal nak tengok Extreme main kat Bataclan ni la, aku campak beg haversack aku yang berat nak mampos tu kat lodging berdekatan paling murah aku jumpa,aku siap pergi makan dulu kat kedai2 makanan halal kat kawasan zon Republic tu,aku masih ingat aku gatal tanya penjual tu "HALAL?" dia jawab ""YES, ALL HALAL EXCEPT FISH NOT HALAL", Siot je kan? YOU TRYING TO BE FUNNY TO MY STUPID QUESTION.. hahahaa... korang paham eh? ni joke ok.. kedai tu memang halal, aku gatal tanya lagi...  Yes, aku selenger bacin. haha. 
so aku gi Bataclan, tiket kat tangan aku dah beli online 6 bulan lepas sebelum tu, dan dah post kat aku dah, aku diri kat belakang pasal aku lambat, aku dekat ngan pintu masuk, aku dekat ngan merchandise nye stand. Aku dalam kepala hotak, bila baca laporan2 yang mula keluar dari Bataclan, aku dah boleh imejin clear cut cammana keadaan... then aku like sedih la kan, then cam apa sey buat gini.... lepas tu lepas 24 jam ni aku tengok dah kat Bataclan je 89 rock fans mati, tapi aku tahu ramai lagi cedera.. 

Terus terang cakap , tak dinafikan peluang aku yang giler sanggup backpack tengok bands aku minat main kat tempat pelik2 sambil menyusahkan diri, aku kot yang mungkin antara mati kena tembak? I mean ni aku cakap terang2 la kan?

aku minat pengetahuan am, jadi aku memang minat untuk cuba (cuba ok, maklum aku lemah mental) mengabsorb, baca dari berbagai sumber, cuba memahamkan apa sebenarnye terjadi berkenaan pergolakkan dunia hari ni.. Aku cuba tak mau kena pengaruh ngan apa aku baca dan fikir sendiri dan nilai sendiri dari agama yang aku dididik. Pasal terang2 agama Islam merangkumi segalanya. Sifat Ehsan, sifat belas kasihan, sifat kasih sayang, CONSCIENCE DALAM HATI KITA, 
tolonglah jangan jadi mentaliti melayu jenis "busuk2 pun orang melayu jugak" nye mentaliti untuk defend apa pun keburukan orang melayu dah buat,(aku nak emphasis eh, Islam yang aku dididik, well, korang jangan lahar aku la, aku tahu dari blog ni rata2 ada korang tentu dengan bangga dan besar diri tahu aku banyak setan bertenggek atas kepala aku LOL!!)
dan macam heran sey manusia dah jadi gini.. well... (sambil angkat bahu). Ada time baca kat bawah tu aku cut and paste salah satu laporan... then bayangkan.. part henfon berbunyik merata tu waktu ada dah mati, ada hidup tapi basah kuyup ngan darah, tapi bunyi henfon kat badan masing semua pasal mungkin kawan atau family tengah telepon, padahal tak tahu pun apa dah jadi....

This was Bataclan when I was there just last year...  



One of the most memorable shows I had seen with the band EXTREME playing and both the band & audience were simply amazing at a majestic location.

On stage - Nuno Bettencourt was swearing on his children life that Paris has the best Extreme fans in the world or something.

A sold out show ( I got the ticket for this show about 6 months in advance I believe and I remember the balcony was already sold out by then) which is certainly made up of the Paris hardcore fans of the band Extreme.

It was a Monday evening, the Hellfest Music Festival of 3 days 3 nights I attended has just ended at Clisson, Nantes.
Without any sleep I rush back to Paris by train from Nantes, find my own way by their subways to the Republique Zone of Paris where Bataclan is, dump my backpack at a nearby cheapest lodging place I can find, grab some Halal food at the area (AND YES I AM A MUSLIM) and then  to catch what I know will be amazing, Extreme playing in front of their 1500 Parisian fans in a historic place called LA BATACLAN which is 150 years old hall. (The same night Joe Satriani was playing at Olympia, another historic live music location in Paris)

But, less than 24 hours ago LA BATACLAN is full of blood and at least 89 death now. The rock band EODM was playing. I am very sad, 
Without sounding dramatic, I can visualise the entry of the attackers at the main entrance behind the fans who are all facing the stage, where the Merchandise stand is located and what happened next as describe by the fans who were there.
The first report I read is the fan who was upstairs at the balcony, 
the second report is the one I copy and paste below at the end of this blog post. 
There is already a video posted on internet of footage facing the stage from a fan as the first gunshots began and the reaction of the band. 
Other videos are from the emergency exits. And some of the bodies who stumbled out did not move anymore.

I dont think I'll paste the videos here.. Its just too depressing because these people are there to just ROCK!

-Tak kira la sapa penyanyi dan pemuzik yang mengiringi Ritchie Blackmore. 
Era 90an dengan Rainbow Strangers In Us All aku minat tapi tak segiler aku minat era 70an dan 80an dorang dengan line up paling WORLD, line up palingmacam fikir cam... best nye eh sapa dapat tengok Rainbow zaman tu beraksi, dapat tengok Cozy Powell beraksi, Tony Carey dan sebagainye...cammana agaknye...
AKU KADANG2 BERANGAN ALANGKAH BESTNYE KALAU DAPAT RASA APA TU KEHEBATAN RAINBOW ZAMAN TU.. terutama zaman Rainbow Rising 1976 bermain live yang paling menggerunkan aku dengan kehebatan pemuzik2 dan Ronnie James Dio zaman Rising tu. haha.
Sebab tu, kena paham la kalau aku dah bilang better half aku yang of course beliau TAHU dan kenal APA TU RAINBOW DAN SAPA TU RITCHIE BLACKMORE, COME ON NI HOUSEHOLD NAMES UNTUK SEBAHAGIAN UMMAH MELAYU OK!!!  HAHAHAHAHAHA, bahawasanye , aku akan cuba sedaya upaya nak save up, aku akan berusaha, berusaha tahap giler babi punye berusaha, nak backpacking sorang2 gi Loreley, Jerman, satu tempat yang aku langsung tak reti dan tak paham dan memang rasa cuak sikit cammana nak pergi untuk tengok Ritchie Blackmore ngangabungan pemuzik dan penyanyi pilihannye yang akan menjadi Rainbow 2016 tahun depan.

So sambil dengar Alphaville live, A-Ha live, Roxette dan of course Rainbow 1976 live.. aku buat blog ini...





When I bought this like in last year? I remember I show the box exterior in this blog. Today I will talk cock a bit about this specific boxset. Not exactly a review, just a short talk cock.

As the box says, POLYDOR YEARS, so no Strangers In Us All album from 1995 as that is certainly another era and another music label.
UNFORTUNATELY, NO FINYL VINYL double LP. If FINYL VINYL was included as part of this boxset, it would have been simply out of this world awesomeness.

The vinyls are in the BACK TO BLACK 180 gram heavyweight celebrations. And Difficult To Cure inner sleeves are simply my favourite LOL!!




The packaging try to copy the similar designs from the originals releases back then, I believe.
- So Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, RISING, Long Live Rock And Roll, and ON STAGE are all GATEFOLDS.
- On Stage is a double LP.
- Down To Earth has no lyric sheets.
- Rising as usual, only Stargazer lyrics are included.




So yes, no Bad Girl, No Weiss Heim and no Jealous Lover on this boxset but something nice, inside this boxset there is a password that allows to download the MP3 versions of this boxset,

and surprise.... I did try to download and I realise...

WEISS HEIM (which is maybe one of the saddest haunting guitar instrumental ever and with the talked about classical JS Bach's Well Tempered Clavier) and Bad Girl are tagged along at the end of DOWN TO EARTH album.
Nope, I cannot locate Jealous Lover mp3 on that special download anywhere. LOL!!!!




As we remain in the Ritchie Blackmore TERRITORY and to some extend Roger Glover (JEFF WALKER FROM CARCASS on stage while Carcass performed called Roger Glover a SAD BASTARD, as they are both mates from the same village in Liverpool if I remember correctly when Jeff Walker was talking cock on stage even chasing the Carcass fans to go to main stage as Avenged Sevenfold was playing at the same time LOL!!, he was talking about Roger Glover as  both Carcass and Deep Purple played in Hellfest 2014 which I was there ) involvement in both bands, RAINBOW AND DEEP PURPLE, so.... a quick diversion to Deep Purple side of things -
I am kind of interested in what is a new boxset that is coming out call Vinyl Collection, as it allows me a much cheaper access to building up their vinyl collection that accomodate the Ritchie Blackmore (and Tomi Bolin) years with Deep Purple,
UNFORTUNATELY AGAIN, the label difference makes it a bit of headache as it will starts with Machine Head and ends with House Of Blue Light,
So NO IN ROCK, NO FIREBALL.

Writting this from memory..
I am in a bit of rush....  So pardon the mess of this posting...

First a sample photos from the huge book..

One of my fave photo is Ritchie Blackmore on the left photo...




I grew up in a kampong (village), I cannot even speak fuckin English, and I was little boy at religious study school, and the elder boys are coming to the classes having cassette tape players recorders smuggled in their bags..

Inside the cassette recorders are Rainbow live caseettes tapes, and imagine a 7 year old kid being told - This song is called KILL THE KING.

It was frightening, and it was scary but its the greatest thrill ever and the songs and performances are so magical.

Disclaimer - later I realised the song is about Chess and playing the game. LOL!!!
Clever Ronnie James Dio is all I can say as a grown-up now LOL!!!

And then I heard Deep Purple's Highway Star, and I remember writting down that song lyrics to learn English when I was in primary school... 

Then I discovered Iron Maiden, And my life change forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  LOL!!!(laughter with a bit of Hollywood movie - Satanic style for techno dramatic effect).

So Ritchie Blackmore, whatever his bands are got a big influence and the soundtrack of my life and seriously I really love Shadow Of The Moon album... an amazing debut by him and Candice.











- I watch both dvds quite a number of days back once each and while doing household chores so my eyes are not on sight with the tv screen many times...LOL!! ,
- been listening to the rips of both cds once each while on public transport of noisy buses and trains and while walking on the streets so lots of distractions too LOL!!.





This is my review and opinion on one of the best release for 2015
The RITCHIE BLACKMORE STORY DELUXE EDITION, which comes in a huge hard-cover picture book format near the size of a LP record album
It has more than 60 pages on it of some text and lots of nice photos..

It has a total of 4 discs - 2 dvds and 2 cds.
- A DVD of the Ritchie Blackmore Story which is fabulous and a mine of information and knowledge if you are a Ritchie Blackmore / Deep Purple / Rainbow / Blackmore's Night fan, all these straight from the mouth of Ritchie Blackmore. Featuring interesting interviews with other people too.. Total run time of more than 2hrs.
- A DVD which I think is the full version of whats recorded Rainbow Live In Budokan Japan 1984 with one of Japanese Symphonic Orchestra (to play Difficult To Cure BEETHOVEN's Ninth)
- Two CDs which is the audio of the above Japan 1984 show.







So on the first DVD, which is over 2 hours long, with additional footages of bonus materials of extra interviews...
Ritchie Blackmore himself, I think does he ever gives a interview on this scale??? LOL!!

Ritchie Blackmore at his house? or an inn?? LOL!!! theres'alway beer in front of him LOL!!
sometimes with Candice besides him giving additional comments..

- He was talking about his parents, how since at age of 5 he never smile in front of camera if he dont want to smile even when his mother ask him to smile
- His education at school at with teachers
- His father, his cycles to learn guitar
- Blackmore explains about why people dont like him , terrified of him, hated him, or whatever because he is COLD? I think his answer is very logical and I think everyone is also guilty of how he presents himself in public or while walking into a room.
- Blackmore talks about his early days - he talks about how he had seen Robert Plant in Birmingham, how he had worked with Jimmy Page and all these before Led Zeppelin was formed.
- Blackmore talk about how Deep Purple was formed and how the band got its name (Its Ritchie Blackmore's suggestion that was accepted by the band to use that name).
- How Mark I change to Mark II, how and why he wanted Ian Gillan to sing for Deep Purple on whats become the Mark II classic line up.
- Why and how he got into problems with Ian Gillan too LOL!!
- Guitar demonstration of how he breaks up Rickie Nelson' Summertime into Black Night and how JIMI HENDRIX create Hey Joe. LOL!!
- Talks about In Rock, Machine Head, Fireball.
- How he is not confident of David Coverdale but then someone says David Coverdale is cute.
- Setting up explosives on his amps, breaking up his guitars, setting fires on stuffs, pranks.....!!! lots of pranks!!!
- How he sets up Rainbow
- HOW HE AUDITION COZY POWELL!!!!!!!! and what Cozy Powell did to get Blackmore's vote.
- How and why Ronnie James Dio actually left / was asked to leave Rainbow??
I AM SHOCKED at Blackmore's story...!!! LOL!!

- Graham Bonnet, Graham Boneet hair style LOL!! THIS IS FUNNY.. He wants to beat up Graham Bonnet on stage at the first Monsters Of Rock in Donington actually LOL!!!!!!
but then he will go to jail again, he have been to jail in Austria for seriously injuring a security staff who had manhandled a young girl who were just cheering for Rainbow on stage.

His efforts to escape the arms of the law that night was in vain LOL!!! Very Funny.
- How he got Joe Lynn Turner for Rainbow..
- How Perfect Strangers album was...
- How did he got problems with Ian Gillan again and he wants Gillan kicked out of Deep Purple. (I never knew it was because Ritchie Blackmore has come to a conclusion Ian Gillan voice is gone, or was it an excuse for other reasons).
- How did Joe Lynn Turner joins Deep Purple
- Ian Gillan return to the band after Joe Lynn Turner's one album and how Blackmore demands a big sum of money so he  thought they cannot pay him so hcan get out of the band but the management still pays him and he's trapped to play with Gillan.
- Rainbow 90s
- How he meet Candice, how Candice can write lyrics, and how and why he plays Medieval music...

The interviews are funny, seriously funny, and interesting, and very very informative and I think he is fair..
Its plain he dont mince words talking about Ian Gillan voice, but he did share some funny stories of Ian Gilllan which may not be so funny to Ian Gillan LOL!!!!

His interview section when he talks about Cozy Powell suddenly telling the rest of  Rainbow that his favourite band was.... ABBA.
Its like blasphemy on his face LOL!!!
But then he said "Mine Too...".

All of the above is very amazing as its all described by Ritchie Blackmore himself on interview.. So its really fascinating and seriously no argument there on behalf of how Blackmore sees this things.

note to myself - I think everybody loves Abba so its no big surprise its Cozy Powell favourites and maybe the man in black too, but personally I think Roxette is better Swedish export LOL!!! (guess what I have on my mp3 player for this period for me listening while on trains, buses, and walking?? Roxette's crashhh booommm bangg album LOL!!!)

Steve Lukather (TOTO) - oooohhh man, the TOTO guy has great things to say and I think he was saying he wished he had written SOTW. LOL!!!!
and then you have the two big names of rock magazines - Malcome Dome and Chris Welch.
You have JOE SATRIANI - and his interviews were brilliant and he talks about how Deep Purple wants him to replace Ritchie Blackmore when he left the band before Japan tour 1993 or something.
- Steve Vai in in there.

Was it Steve Vai or Joe Satriani who shows their first guitar on the wall is just because Blackmore use the same guitar LOL!!
- Phil Collen (DEF LEPPARD)  is in there and on the bonus features of the DVD, Phil Collen was on his guitars for some Blackmore style demonstrations...
- Roger Glover was in there I think?
- Some older the Late Jon Lord interviews..
- STEVE MORSE is in the dvd, he is not on the story but on the bonus and he shows about Perfect Strangers etc...
- Joe Lynn Turner has lots of nice hilarious stories
- Graham Bonnet was amazing and very humble on his interviews... and he has nice things to say about Cozy Powell too.
I think Graham Bonnet segment was very nicely spoken. And yes he did says about his call-up to sing for Rainbow LOL!!!! and he did share a story about Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow too.
- Brian May (QUEEN) has lots to say.. - Ritchie Blackmore will be remembered as wild and untamed. How true these words are.
- Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull)  is in there..
- Gene Simmon (KISS) is in there and rightly so when he says it needs people like him to tell about Ritchie Blackmore who is maybe the most mysterious, full of attitude and a never-care-attitude greatest rock influence ever.
- Candice Night has some things to say and she make it clear Blackmore never listen to anyone.
So it answers the question Blackmore's Night was never her influence or suggestion. She just follows. I think she says Blackmore was the captain, but then she re-says she is co-captain.
I think there are a number of other people in there...  Unfortunately So sorry no Bruce Dickinson who loves Deep Purple LOL!! Bruce will talk too much and the dvd will be 4 hrs? LOL!!!!!

I really think, if anyone has a bit of like for Ritchie Blackmore, Deep Purple, Rainbow, Blackmore's Night and all the family tree which is like an amazing family tree if all these bands lineups and members are linked together...

This is simply an amazing DVD... I actually forgot a lot of things I think, so go watch it yourself..

and I kind of like it on the thank you list - Ritchie Blackmore thanks Steve Morse too...

Again I want to say, I really like it Steve Morse is with Deep Purple because it brings so much new life and discipline I think, and I guess Don Airey is the only man who can take over Late Jon Lord.

OK, as I got the Deluxe Edition so it comes with the Live In Japan 1984 set.
The DVD and 2 cds.
Joe Lynn Turner years.. and majority of the songs are from Joe Lynn Turner era of Rainbow.

The cameras are ok for a 1984 film LOL!!
Not much audience reactuibs shot but they can be heard loud LOL!!.
The symphony orchestra part was brilliant...

Love the extras on the interviews..
It was laughing out loud funny with David Rosenthal, Joe Lynn Turner, Roger Glover and Chuck Burgi being interviewed for the Japanese fans..
It was simply amazing and shows us how life is so beautiful back then...

AND NO, NO RITCHIE BLACKMORE!!! he was not at the interview... which is really another juicy way to show how problematic and attitude problem he is LOL!!!

And that is to say how brilliant this collection is, as at last we got everything from the man himself. And I think on the interview he sounds funny.
Ritchie Blackmore is a mystery...

I really wish I can be there in Lorely Germany 2016 though I got the physical tickets anything can just happened LOL!!.
I think it will be amazing to see his 2016 formation of Rainbow playing Rainbow and Deep Purple songs..
20 years after he last played pure Rock N Roll of these two bands style.

I just want to share something with the just announced ACDC unexpected dates for 2016.
Maybe if this dream is not possible and don't happen to me, I am happy for someone else to live this dream...

4 days of nice dreamworld happiness or an ultimate 9 nine day looney tunes lunatic backpacking trip sleeping at airports and bus terminals to cut cost wherever possible LOL!!


Building Castle In The Air is what white people called it
"Angan-Angan Mat Jenin"is what us Malays called it. (seems the idiom phrase is referring to while we or someone named Mat Jenin are climbing coconut trees and then while somewhere near the top we start to day-dream and fantasize about marrying a President'daughter or a King daughter or something and we let go of our grip on the tree and we fall down BASICALLY DREAMS THAT PEOPLE SAY WILL NOT HAPPEN)

But crazy lunatic hallucinating dreams and missions sometimes is possible and dreams come true if you willed it in your mind strong enough.

The possibility of a crazy tightly squeezed budget-backpacking trip (AIRPORT and BUS TERMINAL RESTING/SLEEPING to cut down budget on as much days as possible and then sleeping on the bus for a few hours during travels)  to see maybe the final time for some of the best bands play at a possibly as much minimal cost as possible in as much little days is slowly rearing its head.

ACDC (maybe final tour?), Motorhead (maybe final time ever in Donington), Sharon Osbourne's  Black Sabbath  (confirmed final tour and last Donington ever though I wish it will be Bill Wards or Vinnie Appice even Bobbi Rodinelli, any drummer that has played with Black Sabbath before just for old times sake), Iron Maiden (of course I am only willing to put myself in difficulty doing all these and really putting myself at loggerheads with the REAL WORLD WE ARE LIVING and living this fantasy passionate dreams of mine, doing all this only if with Maiden as the main focus)

and also at Donington will be some techno bands that I kind of like - Megadeth (which seems reports from fans are saying they are currently top-notch live with the new line-up), Nightwish (with FLOOR JANSEN which suddenly I am more interested as I think they just got even MORE metal with this 3rd singer LOL!! and I like the way she sing Sleeping Sun on youtube LOL!!),
just announced Ghost with Meliora new album (and they are fantastic live), Saxon, Crusaders! Crusaders LOL!!!
and Rammstein, ok now I know why the sea is salty LOL!!!
Rammstein has all these weird stage effects... More Metallica than Metallica on stage man on fire accident LOL!! This is on purpose setting people on fire with flame thrower is that??? LOL!! crazy Germans these Rammstein. Very nice gimmick.

and some nice others in Donington 2016 though I expect the remaining band announcement will be trendy/modern rock direction KERRANG magazine stories bands, as a bigger than usual proportion of bands on the main stages for the 3 days are already metal-elitist-heavy.

I just hope the bands I like wont be playing so early, because I will be lazy or rather be somewhere else... unless its.. WASP? LOL!!!!

But I do want to see some ''newish'' younger rock bands like Rival Sons, Breaking Benjamin, and I hope The Treatment will be in Donington. Donington is a nice place to explore new UK (or other countries) rock bands especially the younger ones.
I like what I see of The Treatment on youtube. Maybe I will buy their cd one day? LOL!

I think WASP got them to open for WASP. So must be really good? haha.
I am happy the British are still coming out with great new bands that I enjoy.



all in space of 4 days... and Manchester (ACDC on Thursday) to Derby/Donington is basically I think maximum of 3 or 4 hours by an EXPRESS BUS.

and then Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow five days later in Loreley and it will be an incredible week, ( and probably too long a gap but King Diamond is playing London for their own show a week after Donington so the possibility of killing as much birds with one stone is there.)

ACDC at Eltihad Stadium Manchester is on Thursday...

The crazy gamble idea is to dump the backpack at the Manchester bus terminal (which I am sure has a locker system), catch ACDC,
and then sleep at the Bus Terminal. LOL!!!


Next morning at 6am, take an Express Bus to Derby. Reach Derby and as I am going to be alone and I dont want to camp, I will be getting the cheapest room (store-room??) using AirBnb or something, and then travel from Derby to Donington daily by public bus service.

Then sleep at airports LOL!!! - Donington to Loreley..

Spend a few days in Loreley which from pictures is going to be so beautiful and very nature loving environment...

Then back to the REAL WORLD.


Just a dream, just a fantasy, maybe it wont happen to me, but maybe someone else will live my dream for me on this one , seriously, and I would be happy for anyone who will live this dream...

Lagi dan lagi.. Nak review Wings main live yang aku pergi tengok.. lagi dan lagi..., kadang2 dah susah.. asyik Wings je gitu kan?

Sejak blog ni start, bila aku review2 live show, kalau band rock nyanyi lagu omputeh paling banyak aku review ialah Iron Maiden pasal aku dah tengok Maiden sepuluh kali kot? first love katakan. LOL!!
Kalau band rock nyanyi lagu melayu? of course definitely Wings. (I think so. LOL!!). Aku rasa aku memang suka tengok Wings beraksi secara live tahap kronik la eh? haha.

OK lincah buat report, aku nari kerja petang la.
Lincah ok, abis show ni je, dah 12.50am (Wings start main kul 9.30pm gitu kot), terus naik teksi balik immigresen, pasal bas awam kat JB balik Larkin ke lalu Wong Ah Fook ke dah abis dah semua bas awam Johor, so dari immigresen Malaysia aku tumpang ada satu bas kilang ni masuk Singapore seberang ~~Selat ~~Terbrau~~Ãirnya~~ Biru~~ (yes.. Wings played Tanjong Puteri tonite!!), then kat Singapore bas awam pun dah bis. Terpaksa Naik teksi. Koyak sey...

So fast review, giler aku masuk kerja nari tak tido kejap.. So aku buat lincah2 posting ni.

Hope you guys like it. Sorry eh aku campur aduk melayu pasar ngan omputeh, aku main type je apa dalam kepala hotak aku... a bit tonggang langgang but hope you get the essence.

Lets get the negativesthat I see out of the way.Sila jangan lahar aku, ni pendapat aku yang takde makna pun.

- Pyrotechnics dan bunga api berlambak (banyak belanja aku rasa nak organise ni show untuk Pyros kat beberapa lagu dan Fireworks kat penghabisan - yes.. dah macam National Day)
memang very impressive, memang confirm menarik untuk official DVD, aku rasa confirm show ni malam akan dibuat DVD, video cameras boleh tahan merata, it was as smooth as a live show as possible. No obvious hiccups dan Awie got all lyrics spot on.
tetapi.... di masa yang sama pyros dia paling giler dan tahap dangerous nye Pyro Explosions aku pernah tengok dalam mana2 show aku pergi kat mana2 pun pasal proximity dia dekat sangat ngan audience kat depan dan tempat pyros tu diletak dan diletupkan, sangat menghairankan aku dan sangat menakutkan aku. (Seriously bila first pyros explode masa 2nd song, aku dah cakap dalam hati jangan la apa2 jadi kat sapa-sapa.)
- Peminat2 Wings bawak babies and little kids tapi aku notice dorang tak pakai ear plugs or any ear protection. I think its very harmful pasal boleh ear damage dan ear damage tak boleh reverse. Rosak maknanya rosak dan % tu akan turun dan turun dan turun, ni belum tinnitus lagik. Yang bunyik loceng kat telinga tu pagi petang siang malam, seram ok tinnitus. Wings sound was damn loud tonight, certainly louder than KL where I was standing, and like I say the PYROS was like.. unusually placed and it could well harm the little ones who are in close proximity??. Well...  Just my observation.

OK, mari kita mulakan ulasan...

Firstly - yang duduk tiket 600RM. Biar betik... Jauh siot LOL!!! Lagi sikit dah sampai kat kedai Jakel. LOL!!! (ok aku exxagerating), But definitely it must be comfy? and the 600RM got lots of benefits I think.

Tapi memang best arrangement peminat ni kali, depan stage depan semua diri. Tak macam kat KL nye show, depan stage semua duduk...
Ni baru best nye arrangement. Aku suka..  Especially bila part fans tiket 65RM join depan atas permintaan Awie masa show dah 2/3 of the way.~

TAMAN RASHIDAH UTAMA - SURPRISE FIRST SONG! intro asli, hujan sound effect. Keyboards player was not joining on this first song, I think he got issues, this is as pure Wings as possible I have seen since.... 2005? Tu la kali terakhir aku tengok Wings tanpa keyboards. Just PURE. Wings tak perlu ada backing keyboards pada aku. Cuma this time Wings ada 4 backing vocals as per last show.
OPERA HIDUP - ooo kayy.. setlist terbalik terus dari selalunye...
HUKUM KARMA - First three songs played non-stop one after another. Fantastic version tonite. Aku rasa lagu ni lebih hebat kalau Wings baru mula persembahan. Masa Wings tengah fresh. Ni macam Trooper. Bruce Dickinson suka Iron Maiden main Trooper awal setlist masa suara dan energy dia tengah fresh.

GEMALA SAKTIKU - Album keempat JERANGKUNGS is very well represented tonight. More later.
BAZOOKA PENAKA - Pyros extravaganza & EDDIE WAS SUPERB on this song, Eddie was superb the whole show. Laju sey aku rasa Wings main show ni malam.
KAU MASIH BERDEGIL - Lagu rare dari kaset Double Trouble. Aku rasa aku tak pernah tengok Wings bawak lagu ni live.
AKU PUN TAHU - lagi satu lagu aku tak pernah tengok Wings main live, best giler version malam ni. Macam aku cakap JERANGKUNGS nye album was well represented tonight. People around me are mouthing the lyrics. Aku pun automatic boleh ingat2 balik lirik lagu ni. Must be a good song kot kalau boleh ingat balik kan? Zaman dulu, hafal ok lirik lagu2 ni semua haha.

Sebenarnya waktu Wings tengah rakam album ni M NASIR dah umumkan kat stesen radio 91.3FM Singapore pasal Wings dah nak keluarkan album terbaru bertajuk BRADERS (mungkin bersempena lagu Kau Bukan Brader yang ada dalam album terbaru tersebut waktu tu?). Tup-tup bila kaset ni keluar kat kedai, judul album bukan BRADERS tapi JERANGKUNGS DALAM ALMARIS.
This is my favourite song of the night. Lagu ni legend walaupun slow nak mampos. A great tragedy love song LOL!!!

Conclusion - Ni show lagi smooth dari KL show. Cuaca elok. Macam aku cakap la kat atas, aku speku ni show akan terbit sebagai DVD rasmi. Dan aku harap unedited.

Dan macam aku cakap Man Of The Match aku malam ni nye show ialah EDDIE.

Favourite moment aku ni malam - AKU PUN TAHU. Simply astounding version. Kat kaset lagu ni lembab la, tapi live.. blockbuster.

Plaza Angsana memang alrite la kan, makan2 jalan2 kill time tunggu Wings start, anyway surau packed giler, bayangkan Magrib dah tiga kali round jemaah, padahal surau dia besar ok, tapi packed giler.. Plaza Angsana ni is like very the Melayu gitu...

tapi paling important untuk aku... fair place pilih tempat ni, orang naik pengangkutan awam cam aku, naik bas awam, berjalan kaki... boleh sampai..

berbanding Nusajaya.. mak ai, God Forsaken Land ok bila aku dengar Search nak perform kat sana tu hari... hahaha.  Ye la, dari konteks aku, aku harap korang paham. Sila jangan lahar...

Anyway paling best tetap Stadium Bola Larkin, last konsert rock kat situ was I think Search 30 Tahun? Stadium Larkin ni jalan kaki je pun dari bas terminal Larkin akan sampai, besar pun besar, stadium bola kan? nak duduk nak diri.. No worries 24 hrs location area ni.

Patut izinkan kot konsert rock kat situ cam dulu?, taruk platform atas rumput, jadi audience ramai2 kat padang diri atas platform, tak sentuh rumput.

Ikut style stadium2 bola kat Eropah organise konsert ke hapa ke....

Lagipun, Stadium Bola Larkin boleh dapat sumber income, sumber kewangan sewakan Stadium Larkin especially ni tengah off-season bola....

Just a thought.

This is my favourite memory of what Lemmy & Motorhead means to me. LOL!! because I was there...
It was the second day of Download Festival at Donington Park 2013.
Motorhead was 3rd from top of the bill at Main Stage. Iron Maiden will headline the festival for that day later in the evening. (Iron Maiden lightning rigs on the ceiling & ramps behind the black curtains are all ready for the night if you see this video).
It was a life long rock n roll mission for me to hear and see Lemmy introducing "We Are Motorhead and We Play Rock N Roll".

This is a Pro-Shot during Killed By Death (Some of this show can be found on dvd on one of the Aftershock 2disc version. I had shown the packaging and content of that 2 disc version sometimes back? LOL!!).




Aku ingat tak ramai orang nak tengok Motorhead main, pasal Thunder masa sama main 2nd stage, dan pentas lain semua band2 gerek macam2 style.  HAH KAU!!! Ramai nak mampos mengadap Main Stage rupanya belakang aku.

Hari tu, Phil Animal Taylor dijemput ke pentas dan aku bilang aku tak tahu dia mabuk ke, dia berdengung,  ambik dadah ke, atau dia sakit, tapi macam dia tak tahu dia kat atas pentas gitu... macam tengah lost gitu.. Siot je...
Phil Animal Taylor pun dah mati bulan lepas.

So sekarang tengok Mikkey Dee yang Lemmy suka introduce sebagai "Best Drummer In The World'nak buat apa, takkan nak masuk balik King Diamond kan?
Ni yang paling seronok tengok apa Mickey Dee buat lepas ni...
Guitarist Phil Campbell ada side band kan? so tak tahu apa dia buat lepas ni.

1st. INFERNO  (confirmed!!!)

2nd. AFTERSHOCK ((maybe....depend on mood but just maybe).

Telinga aku berpendapat, ni dua album terutama lebih2 laju extra speed dan condong lebih "metal" keseluruhan dari album2 lain, sebab tu dalam banyak2 album Motorhead aku punye kegemaran ialah ni dua.

Susah nak cakap kadang2 pasal aku rasa orang akan anggap aku ni tak betul...

Orang2 lain terkejar2 macam2 dalam dunia, impikan macam2 dalam dunia yang fana' ni..

Antara Impian duniawi aku dalam hidup hanya nak tengok Lemmy umumkan "WE ARE MOTORHEAD AND WE PLAY ROCK N ROLL!".. & impian aku tercapai. HAHA. Aku tahu... benda tak mendatangkan faedah kot? tapi... ni la dreams aku dari dulu..



 Haha... Kenangan manis... Giler2 la dorang peminat2 ni, cam aku cakap... jangan isi air kencing dalam botol rejam kat orang, jangan kena aku dah!!!

Hi semua.. Nari nak cerita pasal satu boxset Anthem yang untuk aku memang susah giler nak dapatkan. Aku "damn" boxset ni dah bertahun jugak. Cetakan ni cuma 5000 keping ke 2000 aku dah lupa, masalahnya memang ada orang jual kat ebay tapi harga mahal nak mampos.
(Prolougue Boxx 1 beratus siot harga sekarang kat internet. Anthem ada niche mereka sendiri dalam kalangan pendengar muzik satu dunia. Aku tahu pasal aku tengok orang2 klik posting2 aku pasal Anthem dari negara2 pelik2 jauh2. Serious berbual makin aku ambik tahu pasal kumpulan Anthem, aku rasa dorang sangat ISTIMEWA dan GEMILANG walaupun aku ada feberet era2 zaman2 berlainan Anthem yang aku lebih minat.)
Sambung balik pasal BOXX 2 ni yang aku carik original nye murah2 nye dah bertahun ni, usaha tangga kejayaan, dan akhirnya aku dapat satu yang aku speku dah secondhand, tapi kondisi nye terbaik. Very Very Very Good near Mint la.

Intro sikit...

Seperti sedia maklum, aku rasa terserlah kat blog ni betapa aku minat giler kat kumpulan ANTHEM. Dan dalam banyak2 formasi silih berganti kumpulan ANTHEM.
All-time Line up favourite aku ialah bila ANTHEM terdiri dari Vocal: Eizo Sakamoto (pasal untuk halwa telinga aku bila Eizo nyanyi untuk ANTHEM, kumpulan ni semakin heavy nak mampos pasal untuk aku suara Eizo ni 'unpredictable dan wilddan gila babi', tak macam Yukio Morikawa yang lebih 'controlled' (ni pada halwa telinga aku la..). Yukio dan Eizo ni dah keluar masuk Anthem dah dua kali untuk kedua2nya (musical chair), dan sekarang ni Yukio lagi sekali menjadi penyanyi Anthem. Apa aku tahu, Eizo ni ada masalah kesihatan.

Untuk Guitarist of course bila aku mula minat mendalam ANTHEM dan bukan2 dengar gitu je, selama tu la Akio Shimizu jadi guitarist dorang so dalam banyak2 guitarist ANTHEM aku minat dekni la.
Dan bassist, of course ketua ANTHEM, song writer ANTHEM, producer ANTHEM, STEVE HARRIS untuk kumpulan ANTHEM - Naoto Shibata.
Drummer, ok aku tak cerewet, walau Hirotsugu Homma nampaknya dah tak main lagi dengan ANTHEM sejak blue-ray rakaman live Unbroken tu keluar, tu jam apa aku baca dia kemalangan.
Sekarang dah berapa tahun dan termasuk album studio, dorang pakai drummer Isamu Namaru.

Dan boxset Prologue Live Boxx 2 ni menampilkan Eizo, Akio dan Naoto dan Homma, mereka main live in full kat dewan nama Shibuya Boxx (jadi pasal tu Boxx tu ada dua XX ye tak? pasal nama tempat rakaman),
- Mereka mainkan dua album studio Anthem Gypsy Ways (keluar tahun 1988) dan album studio Hunting Time (keluar tahun 1989).
- Dua2 album ni rakaman studio tahun 1988 dan 1989 dulu cuma ada Naoto Shibata je. Vokalis ialah Yukio, guitarist ialah Hiroya Fukuda dan drummer Takamasa Chuchi sewaktu rakaman studio masa dulu tu.

SEBAB TU AKU NAK ALBUM NI PASAL LINE UP ANTHEM KEGEMARAN AKU YANG ADA EIZO, AKIO DAN NAOTO MAINKAN SEMUA LAGU DARI NI 2 ALBUM SECARA LIVE.

Sebelum aku akhiri berbual kons dalam bahasa Melayu Pasar versi aku ni,

aku cuma nak cakap, kat youtube memang susah nak dapatkan bahan2 Anthem, seems ada orang yang ambil tindakan dan block atau lenyapkan audio dari apa2 persembahan kumpulan Anthem. Selalunya kat youtube banyak Anthem tu semua cover bands LOL!!!

Some photos and short review of how the ANTHEM - PROLOGUE LIVE BOXX 2 looks like.

Mine is number 00923. 
The packaging is very well done and looks and feels durable and very high quality. 
The booklet inside is about 24 pages thick, full colour of Anthem members photos in action and at the dressing room, with members from the year 2010.

As we know right now 2016 January only Akio and of course Naoto is still around right now. Eizo Sakamoto has left (again), and Yukio Morikawa is back in (again) for the vocals.

Boxx 2 contains the fulL GYPSY WAYS and HUNTING TIME recorded by the then year 2010 line up at SHIBUYA BOXX on 25 February 2010 for Gypsy Ways and 26 February 2010 for Hunting Time.
As known, the original studio album from the late 80s did not feature Eizo (Yukio sang on these both studi albums), Akio and Homma.

THIS LIVE VERSIONS ARE SIMPLY INCREDIBLE TO MY EARS. SO MUCH ENERGY AND HEAVY.

The news is Iron Maiden is playing Beijing and Shanghai in April 2016 I forgot the exact dates..

Waiting for the Chinese Goverment approval or something...

I am sure a sample submission of a setlist will be scrutinized.. 

I guess this really means Iron Maiden has really mean it that it will be CHINA / JAPAN and straight to New Zealand and Australia...

I guess really... No Singapore and Malaysia show for this tour and all hopes seems lost now.... 

Well... Singapore got Madonna in February...  So I guess a fair sacrifice. Madonna for Maiden. LOL!!!

The tickets are fuckin expensive for the Madonna show...

Now imagine if she performs Frozen and I did not go? LOL!!!

I was imagining a best of Madonna setlist that I would dream, and I got some headaches.. too many songs I really like...

I have not even finished or half way finished the super thick 100th edition magazine of the Iron Maiden Fan Club. And magazine 101 is already out..

I will express my opinion on both magazines issues soon for those who could not get a copy...

Akhirnye aku dapat peluang gi kedai kaset Melayu,
senyum je kan tengok2 album2 zaman kegemilangan rock Melayu dulu yang dicetak bentuk cd ni.
Masa tu umur berapa, masa tu kawan dengan sapa..
masa tu sekolah cammana, membesar cam mana, pengaruh hidup cammana, masa tu cara hidup macam mana...
Penuh kenangan ok, penuh nilai sentimental.

Lain kali mungkin aku review satu2, dengan penuh emosi.. haha.

Tersangat melampau dan kurang ajar kalau aku borong banyak2 ye tak? haha.
So aku beli ni tiga dulu.. Priority, keutamaan.

JJR was always the pengaruh maka jadi priority, not BOTB. BOTB was great but not a pengaruh. Pasal terlalu awal gitu kot? haha.

OK la ni macam kira artis melayu, kalau hantar kad kat fanclub mereka pun tunggu hari raya, so adil, semua dapat, tak kira bangsa atau agama.
Sama macam Iron Maiden, dorang hantar kad krismas la pasal tu hari perayaan mereka dan tu je la mereka raikan, takkan pasal aku ni seorang Muslim, then Steve Harris nak kena tunggu Hari Raya baru hantar kat aku kan? Maka bila aku tayang Iron Maiden hantar aku kad raya? korang nak tanya aku Muslim ke atau aku Kristian dan aku ni kristianized ke hapa ntah. 
Tu budaya dorang.. dan memang Iron Maiden setiap tahun hantar kad xmas kat seluruh members fanclub satu dunia. Dorang tak tengok agama apa. 
Kalau kata besok ada kawan Kristian korang dapat kad hari raya dari artis kegemaran mereka..
Adakah korang nak tanya kawan Kristian korang..

Sharon Osbourne's Black Sabbath has start their The End tour last night.. 

Hands Of Doom is in the setlist, I understand we can only dream of some other popular songs they will not play, but seems nothing from the 13 album? I was just slowly liking '13'. LOL!!!

For me, personally, I hope lets get it over with, I hope to see them for the final time at Donington 2016 headlining Saturday night with the new Angra-Kiko included lineup reportedly back to their live very best Megadeth two slots before with Deftones in between and so I can go somewhere else and relax first or other stages for other bands LOL!!, its as near as I ever see Sabbath original trio of Ozzy/Iommi/GeezerButler play their hometown BIRMINGHAM which is 50KM away I guess.

I am sure their final dates at Birmingham in early 2017 will be the hottest ticket all over the world for this line-up maniacs.




Then I really hope Toni Iommi, gets back Tony Martin, call up Geezer Butler, call up Vinnie Appice and Bill Wards. Two drummers. Get Bobbi Rodenelli. 3 proper and surviving Sabbath drummers who plays with Toni Iommi from different eras..that would be better. 

And then we shall have a Toni Iommi leading Black Sabbath that plays all eras of Black Sabbath. Just for one last time.
And Paranoid can ends with the Heaven And Hell main riff again for the very last time.

My very first time ever seeing Black Sabbath was when they play Singapore back during Toni Martin Forbidden period and sadly Cozy Powell has left then, the one drummer I want to see live that I never got to see LOL!!! But still Bobbi Rodinelli is another Ritchie Blackmore Rainbow drummer too that night LOL!!

Its ok if Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy owns the copyright for Black Sabbath's name, Toni Iommi can always renamed it Forbidden or Headless Cross. I would really love that names for this self-fan-fantasy Black Sabbath band just for the last time.

Toni Iommi was back last few months reported as remixing the Forbidden album, so we never know.. 

Wahh cita2 aku nak buat posting trilogy la kan...berturut2 gitu.

Selepas abis saje kumpulan LOUDNESS (zaman Mike Vescera Soldier Of Fortune dulu)main kat Singapura zaman kegemilangan rok melayu dulu, Arwah Adnan Maswan poprock tanya kat Joe Rockers (penyanyi kumpulan Rockers zaman tersebut) pasal persembahan Loudness,
So Joe Rockers jawab antaranya aku rasa paling legend ialah something like this - kalau kumpulan2 rok Melayu pun diberi alat2 instrument , sound sistem dan equipment2 dan diberi peluang macam band International seperti Loudness gitu, tentu band2 rock Melayu boleh bersaing dan buat persembahan yang sama hebat atau lebih hebat di peringkat international.
Ni semua masa zaman kegemilangan rock melayu la.. sapa yang lalui, memang kena setuju la zaman tu memang thrill.

And aku tak paham orang nak label2 rock melayu 80an dan awal 90an ni sebagai macam2 gelaran rock.
Untuk aku ni semua rock. Full Stop.
Dorang as relevant then, and as relevant now... Dengan keluarnya versi cd2 ni untuk album2 rock zaman tu.., inilah buktinya...

Anyway balik kepada interview Arwah Adnan Maswan dan Joe Rockers pasal Loudness main kat Sentosa, Aku rasa memang betul sangat. Betapa aku minat rock omputeh dan aku sanggup buat apa sahaja untuk menreliasasikan minat mendalam aku kat rock omputeh,(JIMMY BAIN BARU MATI!!!!!.. aku ada sikit hiba tadi bila aku baca news ni...).. tapi, rock melayu tetap di hati dari dulu sampai sekarang.

Aku tak pernah dapat tengok band rock orang melayu beraksi kat mana2 tempat terutama festival2 barat or show2 satu band satu band beraksi yang aku pernah menengok backpack kat negara2 barat...

cuma sekali je, kumpulan IMPIETY, rock ke? mati la aku kena lahar pasal kadang2 orang marah ok kalau tersalah sebut genre2 gini.. haha.
Dorang main kat Hellfest. Tumpang gembira sangat tengok dorang main pasal aku kat barrier, and bila aku toleh belakang, ramai giler peminat nak tengok dorang beraksi kat pentas Altar/Temple.
Tapi serious sebelum last song aku squeeze out dan blah, pasal aku nak tengok kumpulan SATAN nak mula main kat pentas lain.
Rasanya first band "melayu" la aku pernah tengok kat mana2 aku gi backpacking layan rock omputeh.

Dan fuck it ok, kita melayu ni yang bertelagah.. rock la, metal la...
omputeh... dorang steady je... semua band pun dorang layan secara lazimnya lah untuk pandangan aku...
Ni macam ok band mainstream rock main, ok, hurray2...
kalau Iron Maiden main, ok bawak satu family tunjuk ni la cinta suci... ajak kawan2 yang tak pernah dengar tengok rock semua gi tengok apa tu rock band main live persembahan terbaik dalam dunia hiburan dan seni suara dan muzik.
tapi tengok band condong lebih keras, ok pergi ngan pakai baju hitam..

Tapi rata2 sama orang sebenarnye..

Bak cerita Lemmy, orang depan dia kutuk2 Abba, kira macam Abba kan cam band setengah masak, geng lipat kain gitu kan?
kira mungkin nak tunjuk metal la, heavy la..

sekali tu kena sound ngan Lemmy, "bila kau last tulis lagu berjuta2 peminat muzik boleh nyanyi lagu tu sama2?"..

Aku dengar dulu Sentinel sebelum dengar kaset ni, so memang macam perasaan tu sama macam first time dengar lagu Debunga Wangi gitu.. hahaa.

Actually semua lagu pun boleh diterimalah halwa telinga aku walau ada terlampau meleleh tu.. haha..
Tapi D'Febians nye lagu laju Roda Penghidupan pun nice...

Memory ni.. yang ada dalam otak kita ni, memang istimewa sangat, boleh recall balik macam semua ni berlaku semalam....

Toni Carey aku pernah baca dia sakit2...
Ritchie Blackmore.... aku ada dating dengan dia dengan Rainbow... ooohh suspens ok.... aku tak plan lagi apa2 , tapi tiket show aku dah ada haha.
